The InWEnt
– Internationale Weiterbildung
und Entwicklung (now integrated with the GIZ and
DED, forming GIZ), is
a nonprofit organization dedicated to international advanced training and
human resource development. The GIZ promotes the
International Leadership Training (ILT) which is part of the Program
"Managing development in the energy sector for young professionals and
junior executives from The EnergTech
Platform is one of the results of our participation in the ILT program. The purpose of the ILT
is to provide practical, professional and international experience for young
professionals from various countries, especially developing countries, which
as multipliers contribute to decision making for the development of their
countries and International Cooperation. The program lasted one
year starting on 8/1/2009, it was conducted entirely

EnergTech Today most
organizations, particularly in the energy supply sector, there difficulties
in economic and technological cooperation. These are some of the major
obstacles to the implementation of projects for efficient management of energy
resources. Knowledge is a key
element for promoting changes in organizational structures and processes,
with emphasis on Management of Energy Resources. The EnergTech
Platform seeks to reduce this obstacle to greater competitiveness through
cooperation between specialists and knowledge exchange. These measures serve
to support the development and implementation of projects committed to: the
use of Renewable Energies, Energy Efficiency, and Sustainable Development. To
